How we calculate your moving quote
Three numbers decide your price: volume (how much lorry space), access (lift / no-lift, distance to lorry), and add-ons (packing, storage, disposal). That's it. No "fuel surcharge" or "weekend tax" added later.
Volume — the biggest factor
A studio fits a 10-ft lorry (S$188 base). A 3-room HDB needs a 14-ft (~S$280). A 4-room or large condo wants a 15-ft (S$300+). Landed homes typically need a 24-ft or two trips.
Access — does the building cooperate?
Lift access <50m from the lorry: no surcharge. No-lift walk-ups, long pushes through covered walkways, or restricted loading bays add S$30–S$80 per flight or per extra mover required.
Add-ons — only what you actually want
Full packing: +S$200–S$600. Hybrid pack (fragiles only): +S$80–S$300. Disposal: from S$60 per bulky item. Storage: from S$2.50/sqft/month.

Yes — we operate 7 days a week, 8am to 10pm. There's no weekend surcharge on our standard rates. Public holidays are quoted case by case depending on crew availability.
